As a homesteader, I try to live within my means and try to grow and make pretty much everything I need. So when I give gifts to my fellow homesteaders, I see to it that it’s something they can use and treasure at the same time.

It’s not really hard to think of what to give as great gift ideas for homesteading, but just in case you’re having a hard time thinking of some or even just one, here’s a list for you!

1. Hides

Animal skins or hides have a lot of use for homesteading purposes. If you’ve got tons of animals with skins waiting to be “harvested” then make good use of them by giving them away in the form of a Christmas gift.
