I always love a good barbecue. It’s something that we do every summer with friends and family. I have to say, I do have a favorite brand of BBQ sauce but then I thought, “Do I really know what’s in this?” I wanted to make things a little more natural and homemade so I found this homemade barbecue sauce recipe and decided to share it with all of you. It’s super easy to make and I’m sure this will be your new favorite.

Homemade BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 5 tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Homemade BBQ Sauce Tutorial:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a pot and bring to a boil. Continue stirring until it thickens. And you’re done. Serve it and store the rest for your next barbecue!
