- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 10 fluid ounces hot strongly brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream, or more to taste (optional)
- sauce pan
- measuring cup
- french press
Using your saucepan, whisk your unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk in medium heat then add the pumpkin puree.
Add vanilla extract, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and pepper.
Put to a boil with constant stirring.
Once it has boiled, remove from the fire and whisk until it's smooth. Give it about a minute of mixing.
Transfer to your desired mug.
Note: This recipe is good for two servings.
Add about 5 oz. of brewed coffee.
Mix and top with whipped cream.
Garnish with pumpkin spice and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
Wasn't that easy? It's pretty much just mixing everything together!
