  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 10 fluid ounces hot strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream, or more to taste (optional)

Materials:

  • sauce pan

Step 1

Using your saucepan, whisk your unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk in medium heat then add the pumpkin puree.

Mix well!

Add vanilla extract, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and pepper.

Step 3

Put to a boil with constant stirring.

Once it has boiled, remove from the fire and whisk until it’s smooth. Give it about a minute of mixing.

Note: This recipe is good for two servings.

Step 5

Add about 5 oz. of brewed coffee.

Step 6

Mix and top with whipped cream.

Garnish with pumpkin spice and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
