Homemade Detox Smoothie Recipe

- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup organic spinach or kale
- 1/2 cup bananas, previously peeled, sliced & frozen
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 cup fruit juice (like orange juice)
- Optional: 2 Tbsp silken tofu
Put all ingredients in a blender.
blend on high until the consistency becomes smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more juice or water.
If you want a sweeter taste, add more frozen bananas.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
