It’s such a joy seeing a couple not just living off the grid but thriving. - Save your rain water for those dry days

- Dealing with water source: Water turns into ice so you better know what to do if you don’t have a heating source off the grid.
- Get the garden plowed so it can be ready for spring. Timing is everything!
