Oh, the joy of pregnancy! It’s an exciting chapter in any woman’s life but many may not know that it requires a lot of work. Being a mother myself, I’ve been through the ups and downs of pregnancy. All the vitamins, the cravings and yes, the morning sickness. It’s a roller coaster ride of emotions and hormones but everything is totally worth it. You may already know what certain foods you should avoid at this stage, but do you know what you should be eating? 1. Whole Grains
