Salsa Recipe – Step 1 – Chop
Finely dice all your ingredients: tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño.
Salsa Recipe – Step 2 – Mix
Put everything in a big bowl and start mixing. Be sure to mix it very well!
Salsa Recipe – Step 3 – Serve
Now all that's left is put it in a bowl and serve!
This makes about 5 cups of salsa so if you weren't able to finish everything, no worries. Just put it in a container, store it in the fridge and it should still be fresh up to a week. Easy right?!
SALSA TIP: Don't want to dice? Make the process even easier by using a food processor. You'll have finer texture but still the same great taste. This works wonders if you're in a hurry, or prefer a sauce.
