If your bicycle helmet has a crack in it do NOT fix the crack! The structural integrity of the helmet is gone. Replace the helmet and cut it into pieces so nobody else tries to use it. When 70% of bicycle fatalities are due to head injuries why would anyone use a broken helmet? Even professional bicycle racing requires helmets after many decades of not requiring them.

– I discovered this one myself, thank god, NOTHING else was working (for long), not even “official” patch kits. Tried EVERYTHING (incl other glues). Finally, out of desperation and without much hope, just slapped on a tiny pinch from an old Shoe-Goo tube, and viola! IT WORKED! And it HELD, too! Over a whole year now, using old cheap $9 air mattress every day (and others, big/small, cheap/expensive, all were “ruined” by holes/tears/leaks/etc which never STAYED fixed for long).

… Also good for “hard-to-fix” plastics, again where other glues/etc failed to hold for long…
