The Waimea Town Market is a very popular farmer’s market which beautifully locally grown vegetables as well as local bakery products, jewelry and all kinds of local vendors. I know the market is open on Saturdays from 7:30 am til ( I think) noon!

Great market located right in the heart of Waimea. Open on Saturdays until around 1pm.
