The Vermont Farmers Market operates every Saturday from 10am to 2pm at 251 West Street in Rutland during the winter season.
You can find a variety of products including fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, bedding plants, canned or preserved fruits and vegetables, coffee and tea, crafts and woodworking items, cut flowers, dairy products, dry beans, eggs, herbs, honey, juices and ciders, maple products, mushrooms, pet food, poultry and fowl products, prepared foods, red and other non-poultry meats, soap and body care products, wild harvested forest products, and alcoholic beverages like wine, spirits, and beer.
The summer season begins on the Saturday of Mothers Day weekend in early May.
During the summer, the market is held at Depot Park in Downtown Rutland. In the winter, it moves to 251 West Street at the Vermont Farmers Food Center in Farmers Hall.
