I dined at Nordstrom Cafe while in Spokane on a business trip. It was lunch time, but since it was a weekday, the restaurant was pretty empty. If you’re a Nordstrom regular (at any location), this is much like the other Nordstrom cafes. Slightly overpriced (but everything feels that way nowadays), a bit unconventional in how the service works, but if you know this going in, you won’t be disappointed. I got there at noon on a Thursday with
