The Sonora farmers market is open from May to October. It has a diverse selection of vendors offering a broad variety of fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers, eggs, and even handmade jewelry. During the summer months, the weather can get quite hot, so I recommend going early in the morning. Over

There is such a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, along with tons of locally sourced goods. It is my favorite farmers market in two counties. The people there are all so friendly and courteous, it is a lovely place to spend your Saturday morning.

First time visiting this market, and, despite the heat, it was lovely! Had an organic lemonade, bought some fantastic fruit, cherries, blueberries and some divinely sweet black berries! We also shared a scrumptious pecan cinnamon pastry and some wonderful veggies. Next time were in Tuolumne County,
