I love going to the market, especially to see and buy my tea cakes & sweet potato turnovers from the Tea Cake man. Because of him, Ive visited the market, buying fresh farmed mushrooms, eggs, teas and spices. Downtown Saturday mornings are the best for me. Everyone from the farmers to the customers

This was a solid little farmers market w/ quite a few interesting booths selling interesting items. We purchased rum, muscadine wine, bread, and salsa. There were quite a few booths selling meat products of various origins but since neither of us partake of meat; our options were limited.
