Worth the trip. I had heard they were much farther along in their goals of sustainability and zero waste than they really are, but theyre definitely making progress towards it. The tour was informative and the food vendors inside were all delicious and knowledgeable about The Plant.

Wonderful space with so much going on. The farmers market had a great variety of things, many of which were made on site by different vendors. The work they’re doing about closed loop systems is very cool, and it’s great to be able to see some of those things in the different spaces around the build
