I love the Farmers Market that they have during the summer and early Fall, in Eagan at Central Park, Wednesday afternoons. Great selection of very fresh produce. Interesting produce that you cant find in the regular grocery store are found here. Good prices and other good things for sale including

One example of why Eagan is one of the best places to live in America (shhhhh, dont tell too many people!) The summer Eagan market is in a lovely space, with good variety of food options, and other vendors. All of this with live music.
