In August, the fresh farm fruit and vegetables were plentiful! We attended the Peach Festival. We loved the peach cobbler made at their bakery with Amish- made ice cream from Pennsylvania. There was an assortment of canned goodies, homemade breads, cider donuts, and little gift items. Out back, du

Marker-Miller Orchards is a wonderful place for fresh fruit, bins of farm fresh vegetables, Virginia ham, apple cider donuts, and homemade pies. Its set on the edge of an enormous apple orchard along Cedar Creek Grade with lots of space for children to explore and families to have picnics.
