Although you have to make it during their open time on Thursday afternoon, there is no comparison to the quality of the produce here, and its often even cheaper than in the stores! They also have really nice meats, and you can actually get to know the farmer and know exactly how the food was raised

I have been going to the Farmers Market since I moved to Waterville in May. I usually purchase from the same vendors each time. They are all very nice and knowledgeable about their products. It can be a bit hectic and busy with parking, but its definitely worth it! I love the location next to the 2 Cent bridge. Biggest bonus is they take all forms of payments, including SNAP and WIC. My favorite place to visit on aThursday! Food, plants, advice, and familiar faces as well as new ones. Homemade and handcrafted items, too. Views of the Kennebec, the Two Cent Bridge, along with musicians. Gluten free and organic specialties are featured.
