Fun cooking class by Abby from ABC Iowa Farms! She taught us several cooking styles of beef in a short 3 hours. Laid back, but knowledgeable enough that I took notes! I will try my hand at beef bone marrow for a holiday plate! It ws delicious.
As a non local it was a great place to hide from the cold and do some shopping. Amazing food and had Christmas carolers. I picked up a few gifts of things Ive never seen before. The coffee was amazing, 10 out of 10 would come back if I ever found myself in Iowa ever again. I found some Taylor Swif
