This is a lovely little community park, with a beautiful rivers view! The harbor is a great place to take the littles and check out nature!! Theres also a look out tower to check out the area thats free to the public! Montrose has a museum down here too that is also really neat if you can catch it

Always well maintained. Boat dock could use some more regular maintenance but unfortunately a lot of boaters are really hard on it. Nice little park either way.
