I live in Tatum Ranch & I also sell homes in Tatum Ranch. Never have I had a negative experience working with the homeowners association, which, by the way is self-managed. The HOA fees have been kept surprisingly low which is unusual for a development that has been here for almost 30 years. I high

They hosted a Desserts with Santa this holiday season and it was so amazing! They had so many treats and hot cocoa for the kiddos and all the kids were able to take professional pictures with Santa. He also read them a book. It was so nice!! Love our HOA!
