The city”s recognition by the National Resource Development Council for local governments (NRDC-LG) as an e3p3 Model City (reflecting a city that focuses on creating a healthy environment and economy and healthy equity. The Rialto Certified Farmers Market is a trusted source for healthy, local, and organic groceries, bringing a wide assortment of fresh food, cooking education, music and offers Calfresh (SNAP) recipients the opportunity to double their SNAP/EBT through our grant funded Market Match program.
