The mission of Davidson Farmers Market is to sponsor a weekly farmers” market in Davidson which provides locally grown food, educates the public about nutrition and the importance of eating locally grown foods and offers musical entertainment, special events and cooking and other demonstrations to create a community festival for the Town. DFM’s goal is to create a vibrant community gathering place with locally grown agricultural and horticultural products and family-friendly educational, musical and entertainment activities.
Since 2008, Davidson Farmers Market has been providing fresh, organic produce and local goods to the Davidson community every Saturday morning.

The Davidson Farmers Market is one of the best markets in the state. I will fight you over that. I am a local performer who plays there rather frequently and loves to shop as well. This market has incredible vendors and walking in feels like walking up to a family reunion for a family you didnt

I just wish it was bigger!nThis sweet little Farmer’s Market in the charming town of Davidson is a must. The line for the flowers is long. Lots of nice vendors. Family owned and operated, too! There’s even a knife & tool sharpener, Larry of Carolina Edge is awesome. I met the folks that run La Creme

This is Davidson community at its best! Delicious baked goods, really fresh produce, live music, friendly neighbors, all kinds of interesting locally farmed or made food, even coffee. So blessed to live in such a vibrant community!!
